Three Types of Events:

Scroll_Double_Scratch.png, 219kB Scroll_Scrap_MonthWeek.png, 821kB Scroll_TopRoll_Yearly.png, 342kB There are three types of Scheduled Events that come from a file. All associated with time.

BBALLRED.GIF, 156B Weekly and Monthly, and crafted Conditionals. An example: Scheduled Rent payment

Present Day, D+0
The Active Conscious working time frame, which is the Present Day. Execution involves Visual and Aural manifestations. The Unit is the Minute. These events occur within a 24 hour period. This Day-Period constitutes Events of interest. And the Length of Expression can be up to 3 hours prior.

BBALLGRN.GIF, 138B Day, D+1, D-1
These events are searched and gathered from Remarkable-Logs, involving History and General Information. Items contain a Time of Years, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, Second. These logs are grouped in years, and entries are easily modified anywhere withen a year, as dates are quite specific. Order is not important as Secutaries search, and understand all intries. Routine data input, and data modification is usually made to these logs. If a time entry has an exclamation mark anywhere in the discussion, such as "09:15!", the entry is interpreted as a Scheduled Event. If the event has not passed in time yet, a Secretary will act upon it. The days can be searched for the Present Day, Next Day, and Past Day. There are hundreds of these files, going back to the beginning of time, and going several years into the future.
A green Monolith Represents this Scroll.

BBALLRED.GIF, 156B Weekly,Monthly, D+1
These events are searched and gathered from "Weeks" and "Months". Of course, the events are placed in a Day-schedule or within a Day-Period, for working expression and execution.
But the events originated from, and represented by, a Red Monolith. A Red Monolith can represent this Scroll.

I call these Calendar Events.
This category of events are gathered from the Category of "Yearly". The events are placed somewhere in the Common Working Day-Schedule. The event may contain Time information such as for Spring Equinox, and its placement, in the Day, may be specific.
The events are represented by a Blue Monolith.
A Blue Monolith represents this scroll.

I use these two to represent The Present Day, Today D+0.
And a Post Day, or a Future Day, Such as D+1, or D-1. In Brown.

This is my default BackGround for an Active Event that is being processed. This is current and happening now. Secretaries Window.

There are events that are gathered from the Internet. Only weather is presently gathered from the Internet. But that is changing. This source has great potential to grow. For example, my Secretaries will know if Trump and Putin are attacking and dividing the spoils of war from Ukraine. Events from the Internet have this Starting BackGround Screen. RemoteScreen.jpg, 358kB There are events that are gathered from my private Control Devices. Here is one of my Solar Controllers.
My Secretaries know the temperature outside and the solar flux from any of my Solar Controllers.

Besides technical details of my private devices, my devices all know universal details, such as Time:
They all know the Year, Day of the year DOY, Month, Day of the Month DOM, Day of the Week DOW, Hour, Minute, Second, and Deci-Second.

This information is also available from my MasterClocks, which recieve timing signals from Fort Collins in Colorado.
This information is also available from the Computer, as well as the internet.

My Secretaries are well versed.

Adding Themes.:

Email
A couple of weeks ago, I reserved places in my Scheduler Program for "Themes".
I dreamed of music and sounds playing in the background. But I had no time to implement it. And there are so many places for Themes, and they have to change to fit the situation.
Sort of like when a scary movie gets scary. The background "music" changes.

I have to stop with a warning. I am not going into this blind. I am not charging ahead without reservation.
I am absolutely NOT a fan of background noise in movies, at all. Background noise is never music.
As an old broadcaster, Noise is always a degradation of good audio. And it has measurement. It is a rot. It is defilement.
It is NOISE that distracts from the movie. I hate it with a passion. I, no longer, can understand the words.
It is painful; the amount of concentration needed, to stay away from confusion and stress.
Linda and her Dad, and me, are the only people in the whole world that I know of, that want the practice stopped.
Some kind of law; designed for the consideration of old people, and the promotion of quality standards.
Although, I felt the same decades ago, when it had nothing to do with hearing ability.
Therefore, it probably had something to do with the other symptoms of Aspergers. It is a real thing! No confusion or Chaos.

I got off the topic a tiny bit because this is such a strong personal feeling.
But mostly I am on topic. Because, this is an example of how Backgrounds can go horribly wrong, even for Neurotypical people.
Backgrounds can go beautifully well, if designed properly. For example Love Movies. If you look at the credits, there may be thirty songs. Real music! It is great, if the volume is low, and it is not toddlers banging on dishes. Tonight, I just added two of many Sound Backgrounds to come.

You will hear two Backgrounds, One a ticking clock which I got from the show "SixtyMinutes", and the other a song called "Years".
And I have been thinking what song would be appropriate for "Dad's Stones" which is StoneHinge in England.
It had to have a lot to do with time and years. There are dozens of songs that fit that bill.
And at first, I was thinking of music in Dad's day, like George Jones.
Dad runs "Celestial stuff", like Solstices and Equinoxes.
But the music is more for my ears, not Dad's. The music must also be exceptional.
Now that one really narrows the field. At the top of my List of Exceptional, is Sierra Ferrel. And she has "Years".

So, I took the two items, the Clock and Years, and reduced their volume way down.
I left the length of the Clock alone because I only had a few seconds. But I reduced the length of Years to 58 seconds.
And then down to 30 seconds. I modified the code to handle my two Themes.

And I ran the program and the recorder for the first time with the change. I did not know what to expect.
This video is me running the program for the very first time with the change, and you and I see it for the first time.
I made no mistakes, except I have one abrupt change that I can fix.
I love this! It is working out great!

Here is my Dad, and his new Theme on reading the "STONES". His picture and voice are both accurate. Speech mannerisms are accurate. Dad comes on every hour at 5 minutes past, and reads the Stones. Dad does not come on every hour. He does not come on if I am sleeping. He does not come on between SunDown and SunUp. He does not come on at night. He does not come on if I have a priority on the computer; In other words: busy.
